Iva Tasheva is the co-founder and cybersecurity lead at CyEn – a family-owned cybersecurity and energy strategy consultancy. She is providing professional advice to organisations in the public and private sector on how to create a winning cybersecurity strategy, culture, governance framework, and policies. Her expertise includes cybersecurity, EU public policy, stakeholders’ relations, and advocacy.

As a published author, she is preparing a PhD proposal on the psychology of cybersecurity and the role of the HR factor in managing risks. She has obtained a Master degree in Cybersecurity (with distinction) from the New Bulgarian University and an MBA with focus on International relations from KU Leuven.

Iva has leadership skills, speaks six languages and enjoys learning, thinking, writing, and building her professional network.
