Dr. Agnija Tumkevič – lecturer of the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University. Ph. D. in the field of Political Science. Interested in international security with the focus on cyber security issues, hybrid and asymmetrical threats, US, Russia and China‘s cyber and national security doctrines. Agnija used to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania where she covered the topics of energy security, climate change and environmental issues from 2011 to 2018. Now she works as the advisor for the Office of Committee of National Security and Defense of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania, where her work draws upon the EU‘s Foreign and Security Policy and its harmonization with national security legislations.
